Compensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm

What You’ll Do as a Packaging/Shipper:
- Package finished products according to sales orders, including pallets, boxes, and crates
- Read and interpret sales orders to ensure correct product handling and shipping
- Load and unload trailers, including dry vans and flatbeds
- Operate packaging equipment such as pallet wrappers and scales
- Use forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet shipping and customer standards
- Tip internally: Focused shipping and packaging role with regular lifting and equipment operation.
What You Need to Bring to the Packaging/Shipper Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and SOPs in English
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
- Forklift and electric pallet jack experience preferred, or willingness to become certified
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Commitment to wearing required PPE (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection)
- Entry-level candidates welcome; warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
