In this role, you’ll help support production of high quality pet food and treats while working with a team committed to safety, quality, and efficiency. If you enjoy hands on, active work and like learning multiple production tasks, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Packaging Utility Operator:
- Produce batched recipes following exact specifications and tolerances
- Inspect raw and in process materials for quality and recipe compliance
- Perform pre operation checks, basic preventive maintenance, and process inspections
- Support production operators by performing mechanical and manual tasks
- Maintain clean machines and work areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and end of shift cleaning
What You Need to Bring to the Packaging Utility Operator Role:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Able to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Willingness to wear steel toe boots and required PPE
- Entry level candidates welcome — training provided #worknow
