Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 2:30pm–12:30am

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Packagers for a leading cheese production company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you’ll help package high quality cheese products, support efficient production goals, and work in a clean, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Do as a Packager:
- Follow daily packaging schedules to complete work efficiently
- Package cheese products according to company standards
- Perform equipment inspections to ensure safe and proper operation
- Record accurate counts and weights
- Operate and maintain packaging equipment (scales, printers, sealers, crumblers, etc.)
- Follow sanitation, quality, GMP, and safety guidelines
- Complete required paperwork and report any defective or substandard products
- Conduct daily and periodic cleaning per the Master Sanitation Schedule
What You Need to Bring to the Packager Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic math skills for weights, measures, and production yields
- Knowledge of equipment, materials, and supplies (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation to the Faribault area #NEjobhunt
