Schedule: 3rd shift | Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM- 6:30 AM

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring 3rd Shift Operators for a manufacturing company in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality products and ensure timely shipments to customers in a clean, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Do as an Operator:
- Operate up to 4 automatic presses efficiently
- Inspect parts visually and perform basic dimensional checks using gages and calipers
- Trim parts and inspect using a microscope when required
- Monitor parts for defects and report issues to technicians or supervisors
- Complete required paperwork and maintain clean workstation
- Perform housekeeping duties and assist with production assignments
What You Need to Bring to the Operator Role:
- Ability to stand or sit for an 8+ hour shift
- Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to handle small parts
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- High school diploma or GED (entry-level welcome; 1–3 months experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation to Minneapolis, MN
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required
