In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth production processes and maintain high-quality standards in a clean, modern facility. What You’ll Do as an Operator:
- Follow all procedures and standard work documents
- Use a computer to check emails, complete training, and review MOCs
- Complete daily pre-task hazard assessments (I-Card)
- Manage product queues to keep equipment running efficiently
- Maintain product quality standards and escalate issues when needed
- Load raw materials and unload finished products using material handling equipment and forklifts
- Maintain housekeeping standards and solve basic problems using math skills
What You Need to Bring to the Operator Role:
- Ability to read and navigate Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) panels
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to comprehend product drawings, BOMs, and safety documents
- Physical ability to pull up to 82 lbs and push up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodations)
- Comfortable working safely around moving equipment with sharp blades and rotating parts
- Reliable transportation to Edina, MN
