Compensation: $18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time
About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Office Coordinator workers for a feed manufacturing/production company in Worthington, MN. In this role, you’ll assist plant leadership with daily office operations, support order processing, and maintain documentation that keeps the facility running smoothly. What You’ll Do as an Office Coordinator:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support
- Receive orders, coordinate shipment schedules, and assist with logistics
- Prepare reports and maintain office documentation
- Receive incoming ingredients and materials, ensuring accurate data entry
- Complete invoicing and assist with billing tasks
- Support the Plant Manager, Assistant Manager, and office staff with daily duties
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Office Coordinator Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Moderate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Basic math ability and attention to detail for accurate documentation
- Previous office experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to the Worthington area
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required #WEjobhunt
