Compensation: $18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Monday- Friday | 8:00am- 4:00pm
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time
About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring an Office Coordinator for a manufacturing/production company in Worthington, MN. In this role, you’ll support plant leadership and office staff with daily administrative and coordination tasks that keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do as an Office Coordinator:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally
- Receive customer orders and coordinate shipment schedules
- Prepare reports and assist with daily office documentation
- Receive and process ingredients and related paperwork
- Complete invoicing and data entry tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and Assistant Manager
- Perform additional office duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Office Coordinator Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Moderate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Basic math skills
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
