What You’ll Do as a Molder Operator:
- Operate compression molding machines safely and efficiently
- Trim and finish molded parts to meet quality standards
- Inspect products using measurement tools and visual checks
- Complete production and quality paperwork accurately
- Maintain supply levels and report machine or quality concerns
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors or leads
What You Need to Bring to the Molder Operator Role:
- Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Ability to use basic hand tools (grinders, drills, etc.)
- Willingness to cross‑train and learn multiple machines
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but training is available
- Reliable transportation to the Hutchinson area
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
