What You’ll Do as a Mixer:
- Follow formulas and mix ingredients according to production standards
- Operate equipment such as scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braziers, and melters
- Record production data on daily reports and work center schedules
- Communicate with Leads and Supervisors to meet production demands
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
- Report equipment issues promptly and assist during audits as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Mixer Role:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- At least 6 months of related experience in manufacturing or food production
- Strong math skills to adjust formulas and measure accurately
- Ability to follow company standards, methods, and safety practices (GMPs)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
- Good manual dexterity, motor skills, and hand-eye coordination
