What You’ll Do as a Metal Finisher:
- Perform rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel components
- Polish and finish sand aluminum and stainless steel parts
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Support production needs by shifting tasks as workload requires
What You Need to Bring to the Metal Finisher Role:
- Previous metal finishing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Flexibility to change tasks throughout the shop as production needs change
- Ability to pass a pre-hire background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test
