In this role, you’ll help support quality production processes, follow detailed work instructions, and contribute to a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as an Operator:
- Perform coating, inspections, and tests according to work instructions
- Communicate results and manufacturing testing needs
- Package approved and rejected product according to specifications
- Support operators and perform other duties as required
- Maintain a clean, safe work area while following OSHA, GMP, and ISO guidelines
- Conduct quality checks and complete required documentation
- Operate production equipment under supervision
What You Need to Bring to the Operator Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn production processes
- Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment (PPE required)
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions and measurements
- Comfortable working with chemicals and small parts
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to the Eden Prairie area
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, if required
