Job Description
Level up your skills in this exciting role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading company in Delano, MN. We are seeking candidates for Medical Assembler positions on 2nd shift (2pm-10pm Mon thru Friday) and 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am Sun thru Thurs). Compensation for these contract opportunities is $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on shift and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What you’ll do as a Medical Assembler:

What you’ll do as a Medical Assembler:
- Use a microscope to Inspect and process parts
- Work with a high degree of accuracy and close tolerance inspection
- Read, comprehend, and perform duties as outline in work instructions
- Communicate effectively with team regarding part quality
- Follow standard safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements
- Keep accurate counts on parts to ensure quantities match the job traveler and ERP system
- Must have at least 6 months work experience within past year
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have good vision with or without corrective lenses
- Must be ok with using a microscope
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to their first 3 weeks
- Must be comfortable with sitting for extended periods of time
- Must have good motor skills in hands and wrist with good hand eye coordination
- Must be comfortable liftin up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to work overtime as required
