What you will do as a Materials Handler:
- Stock, kit, and pick material for fulfillment operations
- Read, comprehend, and adhere to written work instructions and SOPs
- Follow verbal instructions from leaders and trainers
- Adhere to all safety policies and promote a safe work environment
- Meet attendance, quality, and productivity expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation and records with integrity
- Participate in required training and continuous learning
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Pull correct material for each order and accurately record material usage in the system
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow FIFO (First In/First Out) processes
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50+ pounds with team assistance, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours per day, with occasional weekends and holidays
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Strong focus on producing high-quality work
- Willingness to help team members and continuously improve #AudioJobs
