What You'll Do as a Materials Coordinator:
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular inventory control activities
- Reconcile material usage for job orders and assist with job closing processes
- Perform inventory audits and inventory reconciliation activities
- Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability
- Enter and update inventory data within ERP systems and inventory control tools
- Support production and inventory control department operations as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Materials Coordinator Role:
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and related tools
- Previous manufacturing, shipping, or material handling experience preferred but not required
- No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable #BCjobs
