What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Operator:
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including punch press, press brake, and turret machines
- Assemble components and finished goods using various production methods
- Install, adjust, and align tooling and equipment for production runs
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
- Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure product quality
- Handle materials and load or unload machines to maintain production flow
- Complete production documentation and maintain a clean, safe work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing Operator Role:
- Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 6 months experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred
- Experience with punch press, press brake, or turret machines preferred
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Must be able to perform basic math and measurement calculations
- Must be able to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
- Ability to operate machinery and hand tools with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail #ManufacturinginWI
