- 1st Shift: 5:45am-4:15pm, Monday-Thursday
- Brake Press Operator: $18.00/hr
- Assembly / Machine Operator: $19.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 4:15pm-2:45am, Monday-Thursday
- Brake Press Operator: $20.00/hr
- Assembly / Machine Operator: $19.00/hr
- Weekend Shift: 5:45am-6:15pm, Friday-Sunday
- Brake Press Operator: $21.00/hr
- Assembly / Machine Operator: $20/hr

What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Operator:
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including punch press, press brake, and turret machines
- Assemble components and finished goods using various production methods
- Install, adjust, and align tooling and equipment for production runs
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
- Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure product quality
- Handle materials and load or unload machines to maintain production flow
- Complete production documentation and maintain a clean, safe work environment
What You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing Operator Role:
- Must have at least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or machine operation environment
- Previous experience operating production equipment, manufacturing machinery, or hand and power tools preferred
- Press brake, punch press, or turret machine experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
- Must have basic math and measurement skills
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, gauges, or similar inspection equipment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines and processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Candidates with strong manufacturing experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
