What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate department equipment to produce printed materials and mail pieces
- Conduct quality checks during production
- Package and move finished product
- Perform machine setup and basic adjustments
- Complete computerized and paper documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Ability to read and follow basic work instructions in English
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to the Warminster area
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and/or drug screen, if required #PAJobs
