Job Description
Maintenance Lead- DAYSMonday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
$38–$44/hr + Full Benefits | Employee Owned Company

Hiring a hands-on Maintenance Lead to guide day-to-day maintenance operations within our high-speed tooling manufacturing facility located in St. Paul, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working side by side with technicians and brings a solid mechanical foundation in hydraulics.
What You’ll Do
• Lead, direct, and mentor the daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Take ownership of hydraulic system maintenance, including cylinders, valves, and pumps.
• Perform hands-on maintenance on CNC machines, HVAC systems, and facility equipment.
• Develop, document, and implement maintenance SOPs.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve uptime and reliability.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate metal parts using MIG/TIG processes.
• Safely move, install, and set up heavy equipment.
• Use CMMS software to track work, schedule tasks, and manage parts inventory.
What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Solid mechanical aptitude, including reading schematics and performing fabrication.
• Experience creating SOPs and training team members.
• Clear, confident communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS platforms.
