What You’ll Do as a Lamination Stacker:
- Stack and align rotor and stator laminations for core assembly
- Measure stacks using a ruler and adjust laminations to meet specifications
- Use various hand and power tools
- Perform spot welding as required
What You Need to Bring to the Lamination Stacker Role:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Must meet certification requirements
- Familiarity with materials, equipment, work methods, and procedures.
