What You’ll Do as an Assembly Worker:
- Assemble and package balloon kits
- Apply two‑sided tape to balloons
- Perform light‑duty, repetitive tasks
- Maintain focus to meet daily production quotas
- Work in a comfortable ergonomic environment (adjustable tables, cushioned mats provided)
- Listen to earbuds while working (if permitted by client rules)
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Role:
- Must have 6 months work experience withing the last 2 years
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
- Must be able to meet daily quotas and maintain accuracy
- Must have tolerance for repetitive work
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Long‑term potential mindset
- Reliable and eager to work in a friendly environment
