Compensation: $18.00–$21.00 per hour depending on experience – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday

What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:
- Operate molding equipment and instruments to trim plastic products
- Mix and prepare raw materials for sorting and delivery to work centers
- Remove completed plastic components from molds for trimming
- Trim and assemble components into finished products
- Operate work equipment, power tools, and specialized instruments
- Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and work areas
- Meet and exceed product quality standards for finished goods
- Must have at least 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience using basic hand tools
- Must be Able to read and follow written and verbal directions in English
- Must be willing to work in warm environments and confined spaces
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must have reliable transportation to Maple Lake, MN
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
