Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Ingredient Processors for a leading production company located in Little Falls, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as an Ingredient Processor:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the meat room
- Train staff on proper workflow and sanitation procedures
- Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory daily to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted
- Mix ingredients together and grind blocks of meat into the grinder
- Unload frozen meat pallets into freezer for storage using forklift
- Clean the equipment at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards
- Work with a team to ensure the product is safely processed in a timely manner
What You Need to Bring to the Ingredient Processor Role:
- Forklift experience preferred but not required, training provided
- Basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work with a team
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
