Job Description

What you will do as a Machine Operator:

What you will do as a Machine Operator:
- Safely load and run CNC machines
- Monitor machine performance, detect problems, and check part quality, making adjustments when necessary
- Replace worn cutting tools and set up machines with the correct tools and fixtures
- Measure finished parts with precision tools to ensure accuracy
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
- Report any issues to the supervisor
- High school diploma or GED; trade school of equivalent preferred
- Math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Able to stand for entirety of shift, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally #worknow
