Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm

What You’ll Do as a Welder:
- Complete welding jobs according to detailed prints and work orders
- Use shop tools and equipment, including tape measures
- Operate overhead cranes and other lifting devices as needed
- Follow all safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain quality standards while meeting production expectations
- Must have High school diploma or GED
- Must have at least 6 months Welding experience and/or formal welding education
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret prints and work instructions
- Ability to maintain regular, on-time attendance
- Basic understanding of manufacturing regulations
- Reliable transportation to the Hutchinson, MN worksite
