Job Description
Join this dynamic team! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading company located in Hibbing, MN. We are seeking candidates for Assembler roles on the following schedules:
Rotating schedule-The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm one week and 2:00pm-10:00pm the following week.Nights-Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am.
Compensation for these opportunities is $21.00-$22.00 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!

What an Assembler will do:
- Build crates using hand and power tools
- Install grommets using grommet guns and tubes
- Assemble fans, belts, motors, RTTS exchangers
- Observe, guide, and assist with training
- Perform work in a safe manner and follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to stand on concrete for 8-10 hours with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to use power tools while standing, twisting, crouching, standing on step ladder, or holding them above your head
- Exposure to blueprint reading
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read a tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
- Ability to understand and carry out simple oral and written instructions
- Ability to read, write, and use basic math skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to pass a pre-employment written math test, physical, drug, and background test
