What You’ll Do as a Paint Assistant:
- Manually move products and materials throughout the facility
- Use overhead hoists to transport and position materials
- Work with team members to identify and solve production-related issues
- Maintain a steady pace while meeting quality standards and production deadlines
- Follow all safety procedures, including wearing PPE and reporting hazards
- Attend and participate in company meetings
What You Need to Bring to the Paint Assistant Role:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Understanding of handheld tools such as buffers, grinders, wire brushes, carts, air tools, and overhead hoists
- Forklift experience helpful but not required
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Entry-level candidates welcome
