What you will do as a Railcar Repair Technician:

What you will do as a Railcar Repair Technician:
- Maintain repair or maintenance records
- Repair worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts
- Replace worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts
- Inspect vehicles to determine overall condition
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper functioning
- Measure distances or dimensions
- Seal gaps or cracks to prevent leakage or moisture intrusion
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team #WorkNow
