Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00am–3:30pm

In this role, you’ll support production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform maintenance duties safely using approved safety equipment and PPE
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment and facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose issues
- Perform fabrication work including MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and machining
- Maintain facility systems including plumbing and HVAC
- Assist outside contractors with equipment installation and repairs
What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Role:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years of technical training plus 4 years of industrial maintenance experience OR 8 years of field experience
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions and blueprints in English
- Experience operating power tools; welding experience required
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts
- Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation and train on day shift for 6–12 months
- Ability to safely perform job responsibilities and pass required screenings
