Compensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30pm- 2:00am

What You’ll Do as a LoadBanks Assembler:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components following prints and manufacturing instructions
- Mount devices, route and connect wiring, and perform OHM testing
- Read and interpret BOMs, assembly drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Follow work orders and produce accurate, high‑quality assemblies
- Complete required in‑process quality checks and escalate non‑conformances
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform additional assembly or production tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the LoadBanks Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read instructions and visually inspect final parts
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, and movement
- Good hand dexterity and grip strength
- Ability to interpret diagrams/schematics (preferred)
- Wiring or electrical assembly experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Ability to pass any required background check and/or drug screening
