Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 2:30pm–12:30am

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Intake Operators for a leading dairy production company in Faribault, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll support safe and accurate milk intake operations, assist with pasteurization processes, and help maintain high-quality production standards. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and want stable hours with weekly pay, this could be a great fit!
What You’ll Do as an Intake Operator:
- Follow established processes for heat treatment and pasteurization
- Receive and test milk in accordance with state regulations
- Inspect equipment to ensure safe and proper operation
- Follow GMPs, quality control, safety, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
- Report non-compliant or defective products to supervisors
- Assist with sanitation and facility clean-up tasks
- Support other areas of the manufacturing plant as needed
- Complete required documentation accurately
What You Need to Bring to the Intake Operator Role:
- High school diploma or GED
- Pasteurization & Separation Certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. constantly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access)
- Safe work habits and strong attendance
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Willingness to continue education related to cheese-making
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if needed
