What You’ll Do as a Production Packer:
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met throughout production
- Hand pack or assemble products into cartons or other packaging materials
- Complete basic production paperwork, including packaging orders and labor hours
- Record information in equipment and production logs as needed
- Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area
- Assist with material checks when line leadership is unavailable
What You Need to Bring to the Production Packer Role:
- Ability to stand, walk, and use hands continuously throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 65 lbs
- Ability to read, speak, and understand basic English instructions
- Reliable attendance and ability to work well with others
- Comfort working around moderate noise, dust, and production equipment
- Closed-toe shoes required
- No experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!
