What You'll Do as a Production Technician:
- Help in the production areas to meet the daily schedule
- Communicate well with the team to keep the lines running properly
- Stop the line if there are equipment, quality, or safety problems
- Perform line changes quickly and correctly
- Report any maintenance problems immediately
- Comply with cleaning and sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and safe work area
- Support processes to eliminate waste
- Use lean tools to improve work
- Keeps the area organized and clean following the 5S system
- Must be punctual, reliable, and professional
- Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions
