What You’ll Do as a Medical Assembler Operator:
- Perform coating, inspection, and testing processes according to detailed work instructions
- Prep work surfaces, maintain equipment, and follow ISO/GMP standards
- Inspect components and materials to ensure quality specifications are met
- Package approved or rejected products according to documented procedures
- Accurately record production data and communicate any issues to the Lead Operator or Supervisor
What You Need to Bring to the Medical Assembler Operator Role
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or cleanroom experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
