We are seeking qualified candidates for Maintenance Technician roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these direct hire opportunities ranges between $58,240-$66,500 per year, depending on skills and experience. Interested? Read below for more information!
What the Maintenance Technician will do:

What the Maintenance Technician will do:
- Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on most electrical, mechanical and industrial equipment
- Trouble shoot and analyze problems on equipment (i. e. control panels, air compressors, ovens, bearings, drives and air conditioning units, etc.)
- Perform repairs on most electrical, mechanical and industrial equipment from pneumatic impact guns to programmable controllers and microprocessors
- Weld, cut and grind metal for mold and machine repairs
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation (ex. requisitions for equipment, etc.) for department
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OSHA safety requirements
- Build and/or remodel equipment for the Rotational Molding operation
- Answer questions and provide support for the operation in a cooperative manner
- Perform other related duties as required
- Associates Degree in Electrical Maintenance is preferred
- 3 - 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with hand tools like angle grinders, drills, calipers, vertical mills, lathe, pneumatic tools, and horizontal band saws
- Journeyman's card - Electrical or Mechanical is preferred
- Rotational molding experience is a plus
- Forklift and scissor lift experience
- Computer skills
