Line Worker - Start ASAP!
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor production lines, ensuring efficient, high-quality beverage production.- Assist with loading and unloading materials, including handling cases of product and raw materials.- Lift and move products or materials weighing between 20-25 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs on occasion.- Ensure smooth operation of machinery, including conveyors and other equipment, while maintaining a focus on safety.- Report and address any issues with equipment, production quality, or safety to supervisors or maintenance teams.- Follow all safety protocols when working around moving machinery, forklifts, and potential dust.- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times to ensure product consistency and safety.- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines.- Be comfortable working around alcohol-based products and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.- Assist in the packaging and labeling of finished products.- Work with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.- Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment as necessary.
Requirements:- Ability to stand and work 12-hour shifts (days or nights) following a 2-2-3 rotation schedule.- Comfortability working in an environment with alcohol-based products.- Ability to consistently lift 20-25 lbs and up to 50 lbs occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality.- Knowledge of or willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, and work in varying environmental conditions (dust, noise, etc.).- Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
