Job Description
Searching for a day shift position in the manufacturing industry? Don’t miss this opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with an established company located in Cambridge, MN. We are seeking candidates for Fiberglass Finisher roles on 1st shift Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm. What you will do as a Fiberglass Finisher:

What you will do as a Fiberglass Finisher:
- Use hand tools, air tools, and power tools (e.g., sanders, spray guns, buffers) to repair and maintain fiberglass and gel coat surfaces
- Work with epoxies and polyester resins
- Mix and apply Bondo, resin, and gel coat
- Match colors and restore gel coat finishes
- Maintain knowledge of materials and techniques
- Follow safety policies and maintain a clean workspace
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Must have Experience with fiberglass repair
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have Experience in fiberglass repair, auto body work, or similar fields
- Good time management skills
- Must have at least 6 months of recent work experience
- Must be able to
- Must be ok working occasional overtime
- Must have ability to follow written instructions
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments
- Must be able to stand, bend, squat, and twist for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass dust and respirator fit testing (requires being clean-shaven)
- Comfortable working in confined spaces #WorkNow
