Looking for a day shift role with great pay? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading marine manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. We are seeking candidates for Assembly Technician roles working on a 1st shift schedule — hours are 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these opportunities is $18.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What an Assembly Technician will do:
- Prepare or build up marine vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components
- Perform checks and inspections to ensure quality
- Operate various power tools, hoists, and production equipment
What you need to be an Assembly Technician:
- Must have at least 6 months of experience within past year working with power tools or hand tools
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must have ability to follow written blueprint instructions
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead
- Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have history of good attendance
