Are you ready to take your welding career to the next level? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. We are seeking candidates for MIG & TIG Welder roles on the 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm Monday thru Friday). What a MIG/TIG Welder will do:
- Weld high-performance tubes
- Follow work orders, manifests, and production reports
- Collaborate with team members to complete welding jobs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Must have at least 6 months of recent MIG orTIG welding experience
- Must have experience reading and interpreting blueprints or schematics
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be comfortable walking/standing up to 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must have history of good attendance and punctuality #PremierMarineJobs
