What You'll Do as a Rubber Molder:
- Set up and operate a punch press to make rubber parts
- Collect the materials and tools necessary for making the parts
- Trim excess material off parts using hand tools
- Inspect the quality of the parts
- Count parts for boxing
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Willingness to follow assignments and safety rules as directed
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team
