Job Description
Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer who will be part of a growing manufacturing site located in Greeley, CO. This is a custom manufacturer, expanding capabilities across multiple sites, and is key to improving how we build our products, optimizing processes, reducing waste, and ensuring quality. This is not a repetitive production environment- almost everything is customized. This is fully on-site from 7am-4pm, Monday- Friday. The starting salary is between $75K-$95K. Interested?

- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for electrical and metal components.
- Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Drive efficiency through Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product launches by ensuring designs are scalable for production.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to maintain high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Hands-on experience with custom or low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools.
- Experience with metal fabrication and electro-mechanical assembly
