What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain molding, stamping, assembly, packaging, and auxiliary equipment
- Perform preventative and autonomous maintenance on machinery
- Implement equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Document maintenance work in Mapcon
- Assist in design reviews for new and existing equipment
- Maintain spare parts inventory and keep a clean, organized work area
What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:
- 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical (under 120V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC programs, and mechanical blueprints
- Experience with injection molding machines and machine controls preferred
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Mapcon, and PLC systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate shop equipment and hand tools safely
