Job Description
Bring your technical skills to this role! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading beverage manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Technician roles on the 12-hour day shift 545 am - 6 pm (rotating 2-2-3 schedule). What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:

What you will do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Operate and maintain assigned equipment to ensure it works properly and as efficiently as possible
- Evaluate the improvement of processes in area of responsibility and work to minimize change over time
- Oversee all record keeping and perform all tests as required
- Maintain spare parts inventory and notify the manager when running low
- Maintain appropriate sanitation records, and keep track of what chemicals are used and in what concentration
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience in a production environment in the past 3 years
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must have a strong mechanical background, including thorough knowledge in the areas of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration
- Must be goal-oriented and be able to work independently
- Thorough knowledge of production operations, including all safety requirements
