We are seeking candidates for Maintenance Technician roles on the 1st shift. What a Maintenance Technician will do:
  • Arrive on time and maintain a clean, professional appearance
  • Repair and maintain company equipment and vehicles
  • Perform minor truck repairs and routine maintenance on facility systems
  • Secure proper work permits (hot work/confined space) before starting repairs
  • Keep maintenance records and ensure tools and supplies are organized
  • Conduct safety checks (fire extinguishers, alarms, detectors, etc.)
  • Maintain supply levels for parts and materials
  • Fill in for plant or driving positions as needed
  • Assist with truck loading/unloading
  • Help with cleaning and general plant maintenance
What you need to be a Maintenance Technician:
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
  • Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in tight spaces
  • Mechanical knowledge of equipment, tools, and repair techniques
