What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
- Diagnose machine malfunctions using testing equipment and determine required repairs
- Complete machine modifications, adjustments, and equipment improvements as needed
- Maintain maintenance records and ensure work orders are completed accurately and on time
- Support plant operations by assisting with facility maintenance projects and repairs
- Help maintain chemical and repair parts inventory
What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Additional education or training in mechanical maintenance preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of job-related maintenance experience
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with a variety of maintenance tools and equipment
