What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Repair or replace worn or damaged parts to minimize downtime
- Assist with facility maintenance needs as required
- Document maintenance activities and follow safety procedures
- Support production teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:
- Previous maintenance or industrial mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation to Menahga, MN
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
