What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate production machines safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, job instructions, and measurements
- Load/unload materials and monitor machine cycles
- Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools
- Detect malfunctions, make basic adjustments, and maintain part accuracy
- Complete quality checks and document measurements
- Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:
- Ability to stand for an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly
- Previous machine operation, CNC, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to the Maple Grove area
- Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings
