Compensation: $19.50 - $20.50 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:30pm to 1:30am

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate and set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements
- Work with fabrication equipment including brake presses, laser machines, CNC equipment, saws, routers, and related machinery
- Perform quality inspections on first articles and throughout production runs
- Monitor equipment and materials to identify quality concerns or production issues
- Enter production data and metrics into company systems for tracking and reporting
- Troubleshoot and communicate equipment issues to reduce downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform precise measurements
- Ability to read blueprints and use inspection and measuring tools
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, reach, and grasp for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred but not required
