What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructions
- Operate the press to produce molded parts
- Follow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks and any required SPC as directed by the team leader
- Visually inspect each molded part
- Clip and trim molded parts
- Pack molded parts in boxes
- Advise the next operator of any information about press or molded parts
- Follow all safety guidelines and rules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good math skills
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
