Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30pm–2:00am

In this role, you’ll support daily production by running manual die-cut presses, maintaining quality, and helping keep the facility clean and organized. What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate manual die-cut presses according to work orders
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using manual or powered equipment
- Perform manual machine adjustments as needed
- Complete visual inspections to ensure part quality
- Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work area
- Follow production timelines and stay on task
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical or technical aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Reliable transportation to the Winsted industrial park
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
