What you will do as a Machine Operator:
- Run CNC machines the right way — safe, steady, and efficient
- Load parts, check samples, and make sure the work is spot‑on
- Put calipers, micrometers, and gauges to use every day
- Keep inspections moving and handle the paperwork that goes with them
- Step in to help sort out basic quality issues when they pop up
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have at least 1 year recent experience working in a manufacturing setting or running machines
- Must have experience working with hand tools and measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to stick to safety rules without cutting corners
- Must be able to learn quickly, take initiative, and work on your own when needed
- Must have history of good attendance and punctuality
